Send a confirmation email the moment someone submits
Pick a trigger (form submission), add an email step, write your message. You can use any field from the form as a variable • {{name}}, {{email}}, {{project_type}} • and Pabble fills them in automatically.
Notify your team in Slack
Add a Slack step after the trigger. Choose the channel, write the message, include the fields you care about. Every submission lands in the right channel with the right context • no more "did someone fill out the intake form?" messages.
Route to different paths based on answers
Use a condition step to branch the workflow. If budget is over $10,000, go down the enterprise path. If not, go down the standard path. Each path can have completely different actions.
Update your CRM automatically
Connect a HubSpot or Airtable step. Map form fields to CRM properties. Every submission creates or updates a contact • no manual data entry, no import scripts.
How It's Built
Workflows sit inside the same editor as your form. You build the form, click over to Workflows, and see the trigger already set up. From there you add steps from a sidebar • email, Slack, webhook, CRM, delay, condition.
Everything is saved and version-controlled alongside your form. No separate platform to log into.
